All linens, towels, and toiletries are provided, along with fully equipped kitchen supplies and cookware. Our cabin rental also includes access to private hiking trails, our private pond, and all outdoor amenities.

A refundable security deposit is required to cover any damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Our property is located in a residential mountain community, and we ask guests to be considerate of neighbors regarding noise levels and outdoor activities. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM in accordance with county ordinances. The cabin is entirely smoke-free, inside and out. Barn at Haynes Hill is not a pet-friendly property — please plan accordingly.

At checkout, we simply ask that guests lock doors and windows, dispose of trash in designated containers, and leave keys in the designated location. Early check-in and late checkout may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability.
