When you fill out the booking inquiry form on this site, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, phone number, requested travel dates, party size, and any notes you add about the purpose of your trip or special requests. We use this information for one reason — to respond to your inquiry and arrange your stay at The Barn at Haynes Hill.

How we use your information
We use the information you provide to confirm your dates, send you pricing, answer your questions, and coordinate your visit. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Inquiry submissions are delivered to the owner's inbox via Resend, a transactional email service that processes the message in transit and does not store it long-term. The message lives in our email inbox after that, like any other email correspondence.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses Vercel Web Analytics to count anonymous page visits and understand which pages guests find most useful. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not track you across other websites.
We do not run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or third-party marketing cookies on this site.
Data retention
We keep inquiry emails and booking-related correspondence for as long as needed to coordinate your stay and for a reasonable period afterward in case you have follow-up questions. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hayneshillellijay@gmail.com — we'll confirm when it's done.
